Return and Refund Policy
There is a full 14 day return policy for products purchased from our web store.
The period is calculated from the day you receive the order.
You should pay the return costs yourself.
Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after purchase and, upon cancellation, you must do so within 14 days of returning the shipment.
Notification must be given by email to customerservice@kannaby.es. In the advertisement, you must make it clear to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

The condition of the merchandise when returning the merchandise:
You will only be responsible for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling which is not necessary to determine the nature of the goods, their properties and the manner in which they operate. In other words, you can try the item the same way you did in a physical store.
If the item is tested in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that upon canceling the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount, depending on the commercial value of the merchandise.
To receive the full purchase amount, you must do the same as in a physical store. You should test the item, but do not use it in actual use.
